Adding Headers

Click on +, scroll down, and click on Header.
Headers are Huge
They're really big!
I'm not sure what Ghost was going for here. Perhaps some kind of banner for a product promotion?
I like the regular built-in headers provided.
In any case, I'd use headers sparingly as I'm not sure how they're interpreted in Search Engine Optimization or SEO.
Having one in an article is likely fine, but having many could confuse a search engine or result in a lowered SEO score, making your articles less likely to be found by readers.
